Yoga - Cool Down

  • After you have finished the yoga exercise, lie comfortably on your back with your arms out to the sides, palms up.

  • Your legs are in line with your spine, relaxed, with the toes turned out slightly.

  • Close your eyes and focus on the slowness and fullness of your breath.

  • To cool down completely, mentally scan your body from toe to head, feeling your body relax as it fills up with the energy from your breadth.

  • Cool down like this for 2-5 minutes.
