have finished the yoga exercise, lie comfortably on your back with
your arms out to the sides, palms up.

are in line with your spine, relaxed, with the toes turned out
slightly.

your eyes and focus on the slowness and fullness of your breath.

To cool
down completely, mentally scan your body from toe to head, feeling
your body relax as it fills up with the energy from your breadth.

Cool down
